FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER 100 EUROS.

All orders are processed through Geniki taxidromiki, and shipping rates are provided in the checkout page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Below are the shipping methods available with estimated arrival time:

Fedex estimated delivery time for Europe and the U.S is 1-2 business days.Rest of the world estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

STANDARD SHIPPING (REGISTERED)

Your order will be delivered to you by the local post office. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. There is  tracking available for Standard Shipping orders. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via email.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (FEDEX)

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to see where your package is currently located. Your order will be delivered by FEDEX  who will attempt to deliver the goods to you three (3) times. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise on what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

TAXES AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, ILIVEHERE.DESIGN has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and ILIVEHERE.DESIGN has no way of knowing what these charges may be. ILIVEHERE.DESIGN  is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All prices listed on our site are in EUROS, and charged to in EUROS. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. To get an estimate of the current rate, check out the link below:

RETURNS

By placing an order at ILIVEHERE.DESIGN, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to ILIVEHERE unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent. Please refer to our returns policy here for further information on how to return your item.
